feature request: revenge counters + bonuses

add revenge counters as multipliers (luck or attrib) for duels robs, lockpicks, DJ, troll

i.e.

player a rob b
player b gets bonus if he robs a
if they keep the cycle going - the revenge gets bigger and endorses nemesis situation in the crew.
