Treasure hunts: chance for a rare cannonball reward is now based on RNG
Added a cooldown for curses
Whale Encounter: difficulty is dependent on the type of whale

Ship vs Ship Battles: Reduced number of commands bot ships perform by 25%
Added shipwright buy achievement and new nicknames
Messages for the player being controlled by !P CONTROL are now sent to the pirate controlling them
Increased the time it takes to repair the ship at the shipwright
If own ship is being repaired, it is shown in !P SHIP STATUS
Phrases to retire are now randomized
Added unicode symbols to some actions

Rare weapons are now 'special weapons'. Uncommon +1 above player's level, rare is +2, epic +3, legendary +4. Special weapons durability is as follows: uncommon 15 uses, rare 10 uses, epic 5 uses, legendary 2 uses.

Added repair kits which can repair the ship while at remote locations, but not during ship events such as ship battles, monster attacks, sailing, etc. Buy in the Shipwright, see the ship's repair kits with !P Ship Cargo, use with !P Ship Use Repair Kit
